Our Call Centre provides immediate access to a team of dedicated nurses and paramedics, together with a national complement of accredited Medical Assistance Services Providers who will assist with a medical emergency.

Your clients will have the following benefits on an access-only basis:

  1. 24/7 Telephonic Advice & Information
  2. Referrals to Medical Practitioners & Facilitators
  3. Liaison with the next of kin

This Service includes referrals to Crisis Lines in case of:

  1. Poison Hotline – In House
  2. Suicide Hotline – Lifeline
  3. Rape & HIV Counselling
  4. Family & Domestic Abuse
  5. Child Abuse
  6. Bereavement Counselling
