A 24/7/365 crisis management and security guard service to assist the member in the event of a home invasion.
The Call Centre will assist with the following:
• Stolen Cellphone during a home invasion – Backup phone pre-loaded with airtime
• Stolen Vehicle – Group B Car Hire for 48 Hours
• Stolen Credi Card – Cash Voucher will be provided
• Stolen Keys during a home invasion – a locksmith will be sent to assist (up to a certail value)
• In case of a members home being invaded, upon their request we will place a security guard at their house for 24-hours.
• In the case of an attempted hi-jacking at the members main residence, upon the members request, we will place a security guard at their house for 24 hours after the event.
• In case of a home invasion, we will facilitate hotel accommodation up to a certain value
